2024年12月17日と2025年1月7日に、ABS現役生および修了生を対象としたインターナショナルワークショップを17号館11階にあるワークショップ用教室にて開催いたしました。講師は青山学院大学客員教授でもある米国アパラチアン州立大学のチャーリー・チェン教授が担当しました。

第1回目は「AIとリーダーシップ」と題して、AIを活用しながら自動車産業に焦点をあて、ロールプレイングによる日米間の貿易に関するネゴシエーションの実践を試みました。第2回目は「AIとビジネスモデル・イノベーション」について、チームごとにAIを活用しながらビジネスモデルキャンバスの作成や、企画したビジネスモデルについてのライフタイムバリューやROI、NPVの試算をAIにさせることを試みました。
このようにABSでは生涯学習コミュニティを構築するべく現役生および修了生に対して数多くの学びの機会を提供しています。

ABS International Workshop: "AI and Leadership" and "AI and Business Model Innovation" Report

On December 17, 2024, and January 7, 2025, ABS hosted international workshops for current students and alumni in the workshop classroom located on the 11th floor of Building 17. The sessions were led by Professor Charlie Chen, a Visiting Professor at Aoyama Gakuin University and a faculty member at Appalachian State University in the United States.

The first session, titled "AI and Leadership," focused on the automotive industry, incorporating role-playing exercises to practice negotiations in the context of U.S.-Japan trade.

The second session, "AI and Business Model Innovation," encouraged participants to work in teams to create business model canvases using AI tools. Teams also utilized AI to estimate key metrics such as Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), and Net Present Value (NPV) for their proposed business models.

Through initiatives like these, ABS is committed to building a lifelong learning community by offering diverse learning opportunities to current students and alumni alike.
