宮副アドバイザーグループ（ABSデイタイム学生・学部生）のシビックエンゲージメント活動-青山企業訪問「パソナグループ」
青山学院大学大学院国際マネジメント研究科（青山ビジネススクール：ABS）の宮副謙司教授のアドバイザーグループに所属するABSデイタイムコースの学生と学部生の有志が、青山企業の一つである「パソナグループ」の青山本社を訪問し、オフィスを見学するとともに、パソナグループの様々な事業展開についてのレクチャーを受け、ビジネスの実際を学習しました。

学生らは、パソナグループの事業展開（人材派遣など人材ビジネスにとどまらず、地方創生に取り組み地方に新たな雇用を生み出し、働き方を多様化させる積極的な取り組み）について、紹介された多くの事例から学びました。また社員食堂や社員のためのスペースなど本社施設のすばらしさを直に体験できました。

Civic Engagement Activity of the Miyazoe Advisory Group (ABS Daytime Students and Undergraduates): Visit to Aoyama-based Company "Pasona Group"
A group of daytime students and undergraduates from the advisory group led by Professor Kenshi Miyazoe at the Graduate School of International Management at Aoyama Gakuin University (Aoyama Business School: ABS) visited the Aoyama headquarters of Pasona Group Inc., one of the Aoyama-based companies. During the visit, they toured the office, received a lecture on the various business developments of Pasona Group, and gained insights into the realities of business operations.

The students learned from numerous examples about Pasona Group's business developments, which extend beyond human resource services like temporary staffing to include initiatives in regional revitalization, creating new employment opportunities in rural areas, and promoting diverse work styles. They also experienced firsthand the excellence of the headquarters facilities, including the employee cafeteria and spaces dedicated to employees.
